Sometimes original parts are no longer available, particularly for older pocket watches. In these cases, we discuss options: fabrication if feasible, suitable alternatives, or in some instances, documentation of the watch's current state without full restoration. We're always upfront about what can and cannot be achieved.

We provide specific care instructions based on your watch type. Generally, avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, and magnetic fields helps maintain performance. Regular wearing keeps automatic movements wound, while manual watches benefit from consistent winding routines. We recommend servicing every three to five years depending on use.
